Freestyle

Freestyle is a discipline where entertainment is the major motive. A participant performs a free exercise accompanied by music, which should last between 1,5 and 3 minutes.

A jury judges the participant on aspects such as speed, variety, movement and showmanship. Creativity plays an important role in this discipline, because you can create and direct your own freestyle.

Below you will find some examples of freestyles.
